Kota Kinabalu: Police arrested a 23-year-old and seized 205 pieces of straw believed to contain syabu estimated to be worth RM7,050 at a roadside near Inanam night market on Oct 14.City Police Chief ACP Habibi Majinji said the man was suspected to be the mastermind of a drug trafficking syndicate in the Inanam town area. “The suspect with a permanent resident status acted aggressively in his attempt to escape but was arrested at 8.30am.
