Kota Kinabalu: The four districts currently under Targeted Enhanced Movement Control Order (TEMCO) – Tawau, Lahad Datu, Kunak and Semporna – will be placed under Conditional MCO (CMCO) after the TEMCO period ends today (Monday).

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor (pic), in a statement, said the implementation of CMCO in the four districts would begin on Oct. 13 and last until Oct. 26, by complying with the standard operating procedures (SOP) of CMCO set by the National Security Council (MKN).

He said this followed the report on positive Covid-19 cases in Sabah that was released by the State Health Department showing a relatively high number of positive cases at 277 (on Saturday).
