Arek Milik admits he plans to leave Napoli in January.
The Poland striker appears frozen out by Napoli coach Rino Gattuso amid talk of summer interest from Tottenham and Everton.
Milik said, "Now I will wait for the next transfer window and I hope the clubs can find an understanding.
"Physically I am fine, I have trained a lot individually and I will play matches with the national team. In three months my form will not be affected much.
"I haven't agreed with anyone, we'll see how it ends. Everything will start from the beginning."
