Darren Randolph has sent a motivational message to former West Ham teammate Adrian.
After Liverpool's Champions League win at Ajax, Adrian posted on Instagram about making an important save in the victory and it received a warm response from Ireland international Randolph.
Adrian said: "I love my job... Specially when a minute after this... WE SCORE!
"Tough night in Amsterdam but we fought together to get the first three points and a clean sheet! Really good Champions League start!"
It prompted a comment from Randolph, who was Adrian's West Ham teammate between 2015 and 2017, telling him to ignore those who had criticised him.
He said: "Vamos Adri!! Confidence, belief and determination!
"Opinions don't pay the bills. Keep up the good work amigo, onwards and upwards."
