Hertha Berlin managing director Michael Preetz is confident the personality of Matteo Guendouzi will suit them.
The midfielder has been sent on-loan by Arsenal after falling out with manager Mikel Arteta and staff.
But Preetz says, "Mattéo is a player that we have to give time to adapt here. I think it will be easier for him to integrate here because we have some players in the squad who can speak to him (in French).
"He has a very intelligent game and has a lot of experience at a very high level for his young age. He is a player with a very high level of activity and a very high temperament. Before he fully joins us, he gets match practice with the (U21) national team.
"Mattéo is a player who is not only visually promising."
