Aston Villa boss Dean Smith has revealed Jack Grealish is hitting the gym this season.
Grealish was the most fouled player in the league last term and Smith revealed the 25-year-old is working to prepare himself for more kicks.
He said: "His old youth team-mate is our strength and conditioning coach and he spends hours and hours in the gym working with him.
"People always ask me what his best attribute is and it's his balance.
"That comes from the strength work — people try and knock him over but he can go past people either way."
