Crystal Palace are opening contract talks with winger Andros Townsend.
The Englishman was subject to interest from West Bromwich Albion in the transfer window.
However, a move did not materialize.
And according to Football Insider, Townsend and Palace will now sit down regarding a new deal.
The 29-year-old is happy at the club and the south Londoners want to ensure he is tied down for at least a few years.
Townsend's current deal expires in the summer.
