England manager Gareth Southgate has concerns about the fitness of Ben Chilwell.
The Chelsea left-back was not able to play in the team's 2-1 win over Belgium in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday.
Southgate claims the player is dealing with an illness, but it is not thought to be COVID-19.
"Ben reported to the hotel today," the England boss told reporters.
"He did a training session on his own.
"We've just got to assess where he's at because he hasn't been able to train through the week.
"So, there's a little bit of assessment needed over the next couple of days but he is with the group now."
