Tottenham defender Juan Foyth is delighted with his loan move to Villarreal.
Foyth has signed a new deal with Spurs ahead of joining the Yellow Submarine today.
"Villarreal is a team that did things very well last season and knowing their goals and the project for this season, I saw that the opportunity is very good for me," he said.
"As a child I looked up to (Juan) Riquelme, who was an idol for me.
"Villarreal is one of the great teams in Spain, so I am happy to be here," he added. "Now I'm going to travel and focus with the national team and once I get back, I'll get to work and focus on my new team."
