Brazil coach Tite is pleased with Thiago Silva's move to Chelsea.
The Brazil captain joined the Blues after coming off contract at PSG last month.
Tite declared, "I'm happy to see him play for a big club, in a competitive league. It's important to play at a high level to be ready to play for the national team.
"If he had gone to China, the level would have been different.
"But Chelsea, he will be tested and if he can not perform well, it will be difficult for him."
