SFI gets the order extended

Kota Kinabalu: The High Court here has granted an application for an extension of the Ex-Parte Order by Sabah Forest Industries Sdn Bhd.

According to an advertisement published in the Daily Express on Oct. 23, the matter was heard before High Court Judge Ismail Brahim on Oct 14.

The court made the order upon reading the Notice of Application, the Affidavit in support, the applicant’s written submissions as well as upon hearing the counsel for the applicant and also counsel for Pelangi Prestasi Sdn Bhd via video conferencing.
