Former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy is full of praise for Thiago Silva at Chelsea.
Murphy believes Thiago Silva, a free signing from PSG, will prove the best made by the Chelsea over the summer.
“I said in the summer that for all the business Chelsea did, Thiago Silva could be their cleverest signing," he told the Daily Mail.
“He showed that on Saturday night and was the best player on the pitch.
“At 36 he is in brilliant condition and he reads the game so well. His late tackle on Edinson Cavani was superb."
