West Brom have reached terms with Huddersfield Town for Karlan Grant.
The Mirror says the Baggies are poised to sign Grant after agreeing a fee with Huddersfield.
The Baggies are paying £15million for the 23-year-old, who scored 19 goals last season.
Grant has been Slaven Bilic's top target and he will complete his move before Friday's deadline.
Grant tasted action in the Premier League two years ago with the Terriers.
