Ajax midfielder Edson Álvarez admits he has hopes of eventually joining Manchester City.
The Mexico international has been linked in the past with Tottenham.
"I would really like to achieve (Eredivisie title) one day and then it is a dream for me to play in the Premier League one day," says the 23-year-old.
"Manchester City is my favourite club, so it would be perfect."
Indeed, it's been suggested Edson would be considered at City as a successor for veteran defensive midfielder Fernandinho.
