Reviving Jasa for RM81m is wasteful: Sabah PKR

Kota Kinabalu: The RM81 million budget allocation to the Special Affairs Department (Jasa) is a wasteful use of resources especially amid the Covid-19 pandemic, said Sabah PKR Youth Information Chief, Razeef Rakimin (pic)

  “Jasa is only a government propaganda tool with 52 employees but was abolished under the Pakatan Harapan government because it was a waste and does not benefit the people or the country.

“However, I am a little upset because not only was Jasa revived its allocation has been increased by 270 per cent,” he said, adding that Jasa was previously given RM30m in the 2018 Budget.
