Take full advantage of govt assistance, says Jahid

TAMBUNAN: Residents at the Mini Estet Sejahtera (Mesej) rural village are urged to take full advantage of government assistance and lift themselves out of poverty.

State Rural Development Minister Datuk Jahid Jahim said they should use the assistance to improve their lives so that they do not have to rely to e-Kasih for their entire life. 

“Once they are above the poverty line, then we can focus on other areas that are more in need,” he said this during a working visit at the Mesej estate at Kaingaran, here.
