Liverpool fullback Trent Alexander-Arnold left a short message on Diogo Jota's hat-trick ball after the Liverpool striker's efforts in victory at Atalanta.
The Reds ran out 5-0 winners against the Serie A club on Tuesday, with Jota scoring three times and Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane also finding the back of the net.
Jota's hat-trick continued his fine form for the Reds and ensured he was on the scoresheet for the fourth consecutive match.
Jota's match ball was covered in congratulatory messages and one from right-back Alexander-Arnold stood out, as it read: "Congrats, first of many," according to The Times.
Jota's impressive scoring run includes winners in the 2-1 victories over Sheffield United and West Ham in the Premier League.
The 23-year-old's tally stands at seven goals in 10 appearances at a remarkable rate of a goal every 71 minutes.
