Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Employers Association (SEA) has mixed feelings about the 2021 Budget announced by Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz in the Parliament on Friday. Its President Yap Cheen Boon (pic) said the budget predominantly focused on fighting Covid-19 and its ensuing impact on daily lives of individual Malaysians, but does not allow Sabah-based businesses to breathe easy ahead. He said the budget is based on statistics as at August 2020 and generous assumptions ahead for 2021.
