SPS raises RM20,000 to buy PPE for frontliners

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Pharmaceutical Society (SPS) had raised RM20,000 of funds from the public, to date, to purchase personal protection equipment (PPEs) for frontliners in the State.

SPS President Jemima Ho also said the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society had donated RM15,000 to Sabah another RM5,000 to Labuan Hospital for the same purpose.

“In view of spiking Covid-19 cases in Sabah, from Oct 19 onwards, SPS initiated a facilitation of funds to purchase PPEs for frontliners in Sabah,” she said in a statement, Wednesday.
