Arsenal and Tottenham are being linked with moves for Cruz Azul winger Orbelin Pineda.
The 24-year-old is tipped as one of the top stars in the Mexican game.
The English teams have taken an interest in the attacker, who rejected the chance to sign for Manchester City in 2016.
Pineda now believes he is in a better position to make such a move, and would be happy to join a top Premier League club.
According to 90min, Arsenal, Tottenham, Wolves, Everton, Southampton, Newcastle and West Ham are all watching him.
Pineda has managed eight goals and seven assists in 68 games for Cruz Azul.
