NSC urged to issue SOP guideline for Taman Mawar

SANDAKAN: Member of Parliament Vivian Wong Shir Yee (pic) urged the National Security Council (NSC) to issue a detailed guideline on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on the Enhanced Movement Movement Control Order (Emco) for Taman Mawar, here.

She reiterated her call upon seeing many residents have to line up to go to Taman Mawar Police Station and security forces tent in the park area that went viral in Facebook recently.

“Through the SOPs, there are 24 categories listed in the necessary services category and all of these categories cover a wide scope.
