Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum insists he's happy to join up with the Holland squad this week.
In a season with no pre-season and matches every three to four days, many have denounced the upcoming international break - which includes a friendly.
But Wijnaldum was upbeat after joining up with the Netherlands team.
“As a club you never have the guarantee that you will get players back completely fit," he said.
“We play three international matches and that takes energy. But as a football player I think it is great to play many matches with the Dutch national team."
