Chelsea were prepared to sell Kurt Zouma this summer for a set price, it has been revealed.
Zouma has been outstanding this season, playing his way into Didier Deschamps' France squad.
L'Equipe says both Tottenham and Everton tabled offers for Zouma this summer and he would not have 'looked unfavourably' on 'starting a new cycle' at either club.
However, these approaches were rejected by Chelsea.
The Blues made it clear they wanted €45m for the young defender in order to sell.
