Community Waste Disposal system plan

Kota Kinabalu: Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister Datuk Abidin Madingkir (pic) said the State Government will work together with City Hall to create the Community Waste Disposal System (CWDS) in handling garbage problems in places like Pulau Gaya.

 “We need a solution which is sustainable, cost efficient and does not pollute,” said Abidin, during a briefing with Mayor Datuk Nordin Siman and City Hall Directors, Tuesday.

According to him, to be a successful city which is clean, beautiful and safe as well service efficient, cooperation from all city hall staff, the government as well as the community is important.
