Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi is happy playing for Hertha Berlin coach Bruno Labbadia.
Guendouzi is on a straight loan with Hertha this season.
He said, "I had good conversations with the coach, he explained to me exactly what he expected from me, what style of play he preferred and what he plans to do with me and the team this season.
"After our exchange, I had a good feeling, which strengthened my decision for Hertha. I hope that together we can implement as much as possible of what we have set out to do! I love competition, I am very ambitious and I would like to win every game - also in training. The coach works similarly, he pushes us and expects a lot. We have that in common, and it can only be good for the team."
