Kota Kinabalu: Those who wish to donate during the Covid-19 pandemic may now do so by contacting welfare officers in their respective districts instead of having to go through the Deputy State Secretary (Administration) Office. The decision came following a meeting Friday by the State Covid-19 Disaster Management Committee which re-evaluated the situation, according to State Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun (pic). Masidi, who is also the State’s official Covid-19 spokesperson, said this applies to all non-governmental organisations, private companies, community leaders and individuals who want to make contributions.
