Roma striker Borja Mayoral says his diabetes hasn't held him back.
Mayoral has shone since his summer arrival from Real Madrid.
The striker is a Type 1 diabetic and says: “It didn't stop me getting where I am now.
"I'm proud to be diabetic, it helped me to mature and learn many things. People always ask me what I can't eat, but health is the most important thing. We all have one time a month when we let loose, but diet is important for a professional athlete, especially one who is diabetic."
