Manchester City are being linked with Mauricio Pochettino.
The former Tottenham manager has been mentioned as a target for Manchester United should they choose to axe Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
However, Tuttosport says City are also in contact with Pochettino.
The Sky Blues have concerns over Pep Guardiola's plans, with the manager's contract due to expire in June.
And with Guardiola yet to open talks about a new deal, City are drawing up contingency plans - which include free agent Pochettino.
