Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola was very happy with the work of full back Joao Cancelo.
The Portuguese was in fine form as City claimed a 1-1 draw against Liverpool in the Premier League.
City could have won the game, but Kevin De Bruyne missed a spot kick that could have given his side all three points.
"He played exceptionally, with the ball and without the ball. He is a special talent," Guardiola told reporters.
"Defensively sometimes he needs to be consistent but when he is consistent, his focus is fantastic.
"He's a fantastic guy and a football player."
