Former Italy coach Dino Zoff insists Roberto Mancini's team can win the Euros in 2021.
The Azzurri will go into the tournament among the favourites.
“Winning is always difficult, but he can do very well and has a great chance of going all the way," Zoff told La Stampa newspaper.
“The Azzurri are among the top four teams in Europe and Mancini's work has been remarkable. However, this will be an anomalous tournament, not just because of Covid-19m but also as it's an itinerant competition, so games will be played in several different countries.
“I'm not sure that is helping, in fact it makes the trophy seem slightly less important."
