Sporting CP winger Jovane Cabral is attracting Premier League interest.
A Bola says West Ham and Southampton are both in the frame to bring Cabral to the Premier League.
The paper states 22-year-old Cabral, a Cape Verde international, has a release clause of €40m (£35.7m).
Saints and the Hammers are thought to be monitoring the player, while Tottenham reportedly made an approach for the 22-year-old during the last transfer window.
Meanwhile, Sporting talks over a new deal are progressing, which would see Cabral extend his stay until 2025.
