Redmi Watch may be a rebranded Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite

Redmi will be launching its own budget smartwatch tomorrow and it's like to be called the Redmi Watch.

Redmi Watch is a budget, rebranded Mi Watch Lite

The Redmi Watch is launching on the same day with the Redmi Note 9 series which could probably be the new Redmi Note 9 5G model. There's no confirmation on the local availability of the Redmi Watch, but reports suggest that the Redmi Watch is actually just a rebranded Mi Watch Lite.

The watch may come in two variants

The Redmi Watch is expected to come in two models, one of it will sport a 1.4-inch display and feature a built-in GPS. It will also support 5ATM water resistance and has a heart rate monitor. We expect the watch to come with a bunch of fitness tracking features and some basic smartwatch functions.

If there are two versions of the Redmi Watch, the differences could be on the display size, battery life and perhaps some features - we'll have to wait for the launch to find out more.
