West Brom boss Slaven Bilic says they "disappeared" durig defeat to Fulham on Monday night.

Bobby Decordova-Reid headed Scott Parker's side ahead from close range after Aleksandar Mitrovic's cushioned header had set him up.

The hosts doubled their lead four minutes later and Mitrovic was again involved as he laid the ball off for Ola Aina, who struck spectacularly from 20 yards out.

Bilic said: "We played for 25 mins then we disappeared. It was nowhere near good enough. Everything starts with the work rate. They were stronger, quicker, better in passing, better in one-on-ones, more direct and taking more responsibility.

"They had much more quality. It hurts because everything looked good in the last couple of games. We have to wake up. We can and we have to be much better than this. Everything starts with work rate, commitment and dedication."

Baggies goalkeeper Sam Johnstone added: "It was not good enough, we know that. We did not deserve to win the game. Everyone is down and we know it isn't good enough."
