Middlesbrough are considering a move for Everton winger Yannick Bolasie.

Manager Neil Warnock wants to attract an attacker who can help the team with creativity and goalscoring.

Bolasie has not been in the plans of Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti. He is not even in the team's 25-man squad for the Premier League.

It is possible Warnock will go back in for Bolasie when the January window opens, per The Northern Echo.

"I don't know (why the deal collapsed) – it was just an error on all sides," said Bolasie to reporters recently.

"What I can say is that I did everything in my corner to make sure I played games at Middlesbrough."
