Youri Tielemans has been urged to consider leaving Leicester City.
Former Belgium striker Marc Degryse believes Tielemans should consider joining a club like Manchester United or Manchester City.
He told Het Laatste Nieuws: "He needs to grow to the level of De Bruyne.
“And in a few years' time go to a club with more name and fame than Leicester – even though they are now in the lead.
“Tielemans belongs in a team that plays for a Champions League ticket every year. That is possible in the Premier League. In one of the two Manchesters, for example."
