Ensure the best and effective services: New PWD Director

Kota Kinabalu: Newly-appointed Sabah Public Works Department (PWD) Director Ali Ahmad (pic) reminded the department’s staff to ensure the services they provided fulfilled the expectations of their clients and were enjoyed by all the people in Sabah.

He said this is in line with the Government’s aspiration for civil servants to become an agent of transformation at the frontline between the people and the Government. 

All the department’s staff must prioritise on speedy action and make smart decisions, he said.
