Inter Milan coach Antonio Conte urged calm after their Champions League defeat to Real Madrid.
The Nerazzurri fought back from 2-0 down to get to 2-2, but then another defensive error allowed Rodrygo to snatch the victory.
“This is my Inter, both good and bad. I think you also need these steps to grow and I don't know how many teams came here to Madrid and played this type of football, who came back from 2-0 down with our two gifts, got it back on track and had chances to win 3-2," Conte told Sky Sport Italia.
“We conceded the third goal and the results recently are certainly not giving the lads what they deserve for their efforts, but do prove that details can change a game.
“There was a back-pass and I think Mendy fouled Hakimi before that. On the set play, we should've marked in much more determined fashion. The lads must realise that details make the difference.
“Real Madrid talked about it as a Final, so they gave it their all, were concentrated, determined and realised the importance of the result. I have to say that I am satisfied with the overall approach, but the details make the difference at this level."
