Internet access blow to students in the interior

Tenom: Access to internet in the interior makes it difficult for students to follow online teaching and learning process more effectively and efficiently during the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, said Tenom Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) Armada Chief, Riduan Rubin (pic), here.

In this regard, he urged telecommunication companies and the authorities to take the problem seriously and immediately address the disruption and internet access in the interior.

He said telecommunication companies should be more proactive in increasing the level of internet access capabilities in rural areas such as Tenom, Keningau, Ranau and Pensiangan.
