Kota Kinabalu: The Covid-19 situation in Sabah has begun to stabilise with no surge in new cases although the number is still quite high. The State, however, is bracing for a possible uptick in the number of positive cases as the State Health Department is starting to conduct mass screening tests at Telipok Settlement and Kg Numbak, near here, which were recently placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (Emco). “The Department will start screening tests at these two localities today (Nov 17) to detect Covid-19,” said State Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun (pic) in his Covid-19 briefing, Monday.
