Those include Dele Alli, Harry Wings and goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga.
All three are on the outs at Spurs, as they struggle to get into Jose Mourinho's first team.
Alli would offer creativity and goals in attack, while Winks is an assured passer in midfield.
Gazzaniga would likely deputise for Jordan Pickford in goal.
