Borussia Dortmund chief Michael Zorc has urged Reinier to be patient.

The midfielder is on-loan at Dortmund from Real Madrid, but has battled to force himself into the plans of coach Lucien Favre so far this season.

Reinier is now considering his options and could push for the two-season deal to be ripped up in January.

But Zorc insists: "You can tell that he could hardly train and not play in Spain for months."

Reinier will now go away to play for Brazil U23.

Zorc added: “The subject of physicality is still there for him, so it makes sense that he uses these games."
