Loans breather for AIM members due to Covid

Kota Kinabalu: Members of Sahabat Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) nationwide were given the flexibility to defer loan repayment effective from Nov 9 this year.

AIM Chairman, Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin said, the decision was made after the meeting last Sunday in view of the Covid-19 situation in which many borrowers’ income were affected.

He said there is no due date for suspension like other financial institutions in the country but it depend on the pandemic situation.
