Ismaila Coulibaly is eyeing a move to parent club Sheffield United.

The 19-year-old was signed in the summer on a five-year contract from Norwegian team Sarpsborg 08 and immediately sent out on loan to Belgium side K Beerschot VA.

The club is part owned by United's owner Prince Abdullah and were promoted to the top tier last season.

"Club Brugge talked to my agent. A lot of people thought that I would go there, but in the end this project was better," he told Gazet van Antwerpen.

"I have more chance of playing time at Beerschot and the Belgian league is still one level higher than the Norwegian one, but at the same time I am already certain that I will play Premier League in three years.

"This is a childhood dream come true. Nice to have in the back of my mind."
