Former Arsenal captain William Gallas isn't convinced about senior players Hector Bellerin and Granit Xhaka.
Gallas says the squad needs an overhaul, with the team sitting in 15th place on the Premier League table.
He told Ladbrokes: "They have to bring in some players. Their defenders haven't convinced me. More experienced players are needed. Who has experience? David Luiz is injured. Maybe Hector Bellerin is one of the more experienced, but he hasn't been very good.
"And then you look at the midfield. Who contributes with experience? Granit Xhaka? I'm sorry, but after what I've seen, I think there's something wrong with him. You can't cause so many free kicks and draw so many cards. He's making too many mistakes."
