Long time agent Josep Maria Minguella is adamant Emili Rousaud's Barcelona presidential ticket can convince Lionel Messi to stay.
Minguella, who brought both Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi to Barca, has joined Rousaud's ticket for the January 24 election.
He said at Rousaud's presentation: "I have it very clear, Leo is delighted in Barcelona, he always wants to win and has gone from winning everything to not winning anything.
"He continues to have the mentality of winning and so rebels.
"If we go ahead and win, in sports matters he won't have any problem. What will be offered to him in terms of football will put him on top, he will arrive in Qatar in 2022 and will be delighted with life."
