Kota Kinabalu: The Anti-Corruption Day (Hara) 2020 Celebration at City Hall (DBKK) level was held on Wednesday, organised by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in collaboration with City Hall and the Yayasan Anti-Rasuah Malaysia (YARM).

The virtual programme was attended by Mayor Datuk Nordin Siman, Sabah MACC (Prevention) Deputy Director Awang Samsul, and Sabah Land Development Board (SLDB) General Manager cum YARM President, Syaheddrul R. Joddari.

Nordin in his speech suggested that the campaign to strengthen integrity and fight corruption among City Hall employees be intensified and enhanced as the issue of deterioration of integrity is the main question that drives a person to commit corruption, abuse of power and malpractice.
