Roma coach Paulo Fonseca was left unimpressed by their 3-1 defeat to Europa League opponents CSKA Sofia.
Roma were already assured to finish group winners.
"We lost and there were quite a few things I didn't like about the performance, but we also had a lot of reasons for that," Fonseca told Sky Italia.
“Our opponents proved to be clinical in attack, because they made the most of two bad errors to score two goals. They then defended in numbers and it was difficult to create many scoring opportunities, but the important thing is we mustn't repeat these errors.
“It was not easy for the young players. It's still a Europa League fixture and that brings with it responsibility, but they did well. I am pleased for them."
