AC Milan management are facing frustration with agent Mino Raiola over negotiations for Gigio Donnarumma's new contract.
The goalkeeper's current deal expires in June and talks over a new agreement have hit deadlock, reports Corriere della Sera.
Milan have offered Donnarumma €8m-a-year, €2m-a-year more than he is currently earning, but it still falls well short of what Raiola is seeking.
There is also another stumbling block, with Raiola insisting on a buyout clause to be added to the new agreement - with the price not exceeding €30m.
Both demands, for now, have been rejected by the Rossonero board - and Raiola has warned directors he has offers from Juventus and Inter Milan on the table.
