Juventus coach Andrea Pirlo has shut down talk of selling Aaron Ramsey.
The former Arsenal midfielder has been linked with a return to England in January.
But after victory at Parma, Pirlo said: "We have to manage him, sometimes he's not at his best, we need to let him rest.
"But when he's at 100% and he can be decisive, I prefer to always have him on the pitch, it's what makes us play well, he gets us out of many situations.
"For us he is very important."
