Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says the Premier League table is sure to change in the coming weeks.

Solskjaer says it is too early to worry about the Premier League standings, but things could change once the busy festive period has been concluded.

The Reds have a small break until returning to action in Thursday's trip to bottom-side Sheffield United ahead of a home clash with Leeds United on Sunday at Old Trafford.

"You know, I think Christmas time, with the amount of games in a short space of time, an uneven amount of games, of course there will be changes in positions," said Ole.

“We have [played] a game less anyway but it's a big moment in the season, around about Christmas. You get to new year, and then a little break with the FA Cup, and maybe we'll have a clearer view on how it will look for us. Now we've recovered from the setback of the Leipzig game, we wanted three points [on Saturday] but couldn't get that.

“Now we're looking forward to the Sheffield United and Leeds United games."
